Our Story

Social Impact

At Kinnotake Resorts, we believe that respecting the rich, natural surroundings of Hakone while offering our guests a truly tranquil and undisturbed experience is the essence of ultimate hospitality.

As part of this commitment, we have introduced a new stay option for our multi-night guests: The Planet Sanctuary Program. By respectfully opting out of daily housekeeping and item replenishment, this program guarantees complete privacy and uninterrupted time, ensuring your stay remains a quiet sanctuary free from any outside interference.

We will continue our efforts to provide supreme relaxation, cherishing the serene moments that make your stay unforgettable.
