We arrived about 15 minutes early and asked if it was okay to leave the car at the parking lot and explore the area. The staff kindly guided us and allowed us to do so.

The staff who showed us to the parking lot were very kind and attentive, and we were both impressed by their hospitality.

The room and onsen were wonderful, and we had a truly relaxing day. The only downside was the construction noise, but we plan to visit again once the construction is completed.

The food was also incredibly delicious, and we were very satisfied.

Although it was a very cold day, the bath was wonderful and kept me warm. The shower is outside, so I did feel a bit cold at first, but once I got into the sulfur-rich cloudy onsen, I felt so warm that I even wanted to cool down for a while.
The hallway, washbasin, and restroom were a bit chilly, but the room was warm, and there was no inconvenience.
The minibar was well-stocked.
As for the meals, both the quality and quantity were excellent. However, having shabu-shabu every time felt a little repetitive, so it would be nice if there were options for different courses or plans to choose from, which would add more enjoyment for repeat visits.
The hospitality was also great, and I had a very pleasant time.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

Overall, I have almost nothing to complain about.
If I had to mention a few things:

I would be happy if I could watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the TV.

I was satisfied with the amenities, but I would have liked to use more shampoo and conditioner. It seemed a bit lacking for someone with long hair.

It would be great if there were chairs outside for washing off.

Although I mentioned a few points above, I was generally very satisfied.

I was exhausted from working overtime, so although I thought it might be a bit pricey for a day-use visit, I decided to go for it because I wanted to relax. It was worth the price, and I was very satisfied. If I had to suggest something, it would be to have the option to choose from pork or chicken for the shabu-shabu.

As soon as I passed through the noren, I was greeted by a beautiful setting.
A lovely and atmospheric room, delicious food, great onsen, and high-quality service.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the comfort of the place was so inviting that I couldn't go out for sightseeing.
I spent a luxurious and wonderful time doing absolutely nothing, and I truly enjoyed it.

Thank you for your hospitality. The meals, onsen, room, and shuttle service were all great, so I stayed for the second time. Thanks to the chauffeur service, I was able to stay longer. I enjoyed the onsen multiple times and relaxed comfortably. The room without a TV was perfect. Thank you for adjusting the meal portions. I would like to visit again.
