I visited with my husband for my birthday.
From the moment we arrived to when we were seen off, the service was exceptional. The woman who took care of us was always smiling, and it made the experience even better.

The shabu-shabu and dinner were both delicious. I thought I was full, but I still enjoyed the dinner completely.

Since it was close to my birthday, they wrote "Happy Birthday" on my dessert plate, which was a wonderful surprise and made me very happy.

The temperature of the onsen was just perfect, and I was able to enjoy it multiple times.

We had a truly special experience, and I had an amazing 10 hours.

I will definitely visit again.

After experiencing all the rooms except for the second floor, I returned to this room once again. The distance between the onsen and the room was just right. Even just looking at the bath from the room was relaxing. The appetizers were as always, satisfying and evoking the feeling of the season. For the shabu-shabu, I had requested leaner cuts of meat in advance, and they fulfilled my request. As a returning guest, my only suggestion would be to have the option to choose game meat (such as boar or deer) for the shabu-shabu. That would be a lovely addition.

Once again, I enjoyed delicious meals and was able to relax in the onsen, easing my daily fatigue. Even though it was a day trip, I could stay for a long time and relax without worrying about the time, thanks to the attentive service that made my experience even more enjoyable. I was also happy that you remembered our previous conversations. I appreciate the birthday plate you prepared to celebrate my upcoming birthday in ten days. Thank you for the wonderful surprise. I visited during midsummer, expecting to only use the open-air onsen in the evening due to the shade, but thanks to the coolness of Hakone and onsen being in the shade, I was able to enjoy it throughout my stay. The meticulously prepared meals were all incredibly delicious, to the point of sighing with delight, and I was truly healed in the comfortable yet luxurious room. The time spent leisurely listening to the sound of the spring source flowing was truly wonderful. It was a special ryokan that I definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much.
