Everything was so perfect we really enjoyed the room, and the onsen, the location was great, staff were really helpful and kind, couldn’t have have asked for anything better it was definitely the nicest place we have ever stayed in, can’t wait to be back!

Kinnotake has always been an aspirational inn for me, usually out of reach.
Thanks to a 40% off sale, I rearranged my schedule with my companion and booked a day-use stay at Saryo.
I didn’t check carefully when booking and realized that Saryo’s plan was actually room-only, so I hurriedly called to confirm. They kindly allowed us to check out by 8 PM on the same day.

The room was spacious and clean, leaving nothing to complain about. The only drawback was that the shower hose seemed broken and was temporarily fixed with tape, which caused it to behave unpredictably if used at full pressure.

I would like to keep an eye on sales and try to book this room again.

We visited to celebrate a special occasion and stayed in the "Hibiki" room. Although I had just briefly mentioned the celebration when making the reservation, they upgraded the fruit dessert that was included with the meal to a full dessert plate.

First, the food was absolutely delicious—simply put, it was the best. I thought lunch would be just the shabu-shabu, but they also served a dinner. There was also unlimited drinks. The food was more than enough, and we had no problem with it (laughs).

Upon checkout, they even gave us a gift of incense as a memory of the celebration—such wonderful hospitality. The staff was kind and attentive throughout our stay. When I mentioned I would be checking in a little late, they seemed to have been waiting for us. As soon as we parked, they immediately guided us to the parking lot without needing to be called.

The room and onsen were both spacious and beautiful—truly the best. We spent time until nearly 9 PM, and the relaxing hours passed by so quickly, making it the perfect day for the two of us.

We will definitely visit again. My companion was also very happy. Thank you so much!

This was my first visit, and it exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, and the private open-air onsen in the room had the unique milky water of Sengokuhara onsen. The temperature was perfect, and the texture was wonderfully smooth. I also really liked the room lighting—it was thoughtfully designed. The bathroom, powder room, and amenities were all excellent, with nothing to complain about. The staff member in charge of our room was perfectly balanced, attentive yet unobtrusive.
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to offer another course option for the meals. If that were available, I would definitely return right away. Overall, it was a wonderful place where every detail was well considered. I look forward to visiting again.

I have visited Kinnotake Tonosawa several times, but this was my first time here. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding. The food was also very delicious, and my family was delighted. I will definitely visit again.
