As a working professional, I wanted to gift my family a special trip, so I chose to stay here. The staff's attention to detail was amazing, and we were able to relax throughout our entire stay. The meals were delicious, with seasonal ingredients that we truly enjoyed. I would definitely love to stay again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much.

Will be a great experience in a Japanese style hotel! The staff very friendly, the suite great with the thermal plunge open in the terrace! The food delicious and the complete massage was very relaxing.
We want to say thank you very much to all the staff but specially to Hue, a young lady from Vietnam who did all the efforts for us to enjoy the great service and food in the hotel!

We have been staying annually since the COVID-19 pandemic started. While it's very relaxing, I wonder if the small bathtub is sometimes a drawback. I would like to be able to stretch out my legs and relax more comfortably.

I usually stay in the club floor, but this time, I stayed at "Hikari" for the first time. The facilities in the room were almost the same, so I was able to relax sufficiently. If I were to say something, it would be appreciated if the room lighting were a little brighter.

Had a wonderful stay! The dining was by far my favorite experience--had a great time talking to the chef and tasting the curated meal. Customer service was amazing--all the staff were very attentive. The bath was nice, however, it would've been nice to know that the community bath was under construction. Felt like a missed experience given how much was paid for the whole experience! Would love to come back and enjoy it one day.
