The entire staff of the Kinnotake Group is committed to delivering "excitement and inspiration even 10 years from now" to our customers. By 2030, our goal is to delight over 100,000 customers annually with our "omotenashi" (hospitality) and achieve sales of 5 billion yen.
With the Kinnotake Group's core values in mind, we emphasize the importance of practicing these principles daily, and we cherish those who put them into action. We will continue to raise our perspective while focusing on both the domestic and inbound tourism markets, with the aim of exporting our "omotenashi" to the world.
