Vision for the year 2030
The entire staff of the Kinnotake Group strives daily to provide our guests with "Overwhelmingly Extraordinary Experience." By 2030, we aim to delight more than 100,000 customers annually with our "Omotenashi" (Japanese hospitality) and achieve sales of 5 billion yen. Upholding the Kinnotake Group philosophy, establishing daily behavioral guidelines, and valuing those who put these principles into practice, we intend to elevate our perspective based on both domestic and inbound tourism markets, with the goal of expanding our "Omotenashi" to the world.
