Terms and Conditions for Hotel Accommodation
Revised on October. 1, 2025
Scope of Application
Article 1
- These Terms and Conditions shall govern any accommodation agreements or any other related contracts entered into between the hotel and the guest, and any matters not stipulated in the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by law and generally established customs.
 - Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, any special agreements provided by the hotel within the scope permitted by law and customs shall take precedence.
 
Application for an Accommodation Agreement
Article 2
- Those applying for an accommodation agreement at the hotel shall provide the hotel with the following information.
 - (1) Guest name
 - (2) The date of stay and estimated time of arrival
 - (3) Accommodation fees(generally based on the Basic Accommodation Fees in Appendix 1)
 - (4) Other information the hotel deems necessary
 - In the event that a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the date, an application for a new accommodation agreement is deemed to have been made at the time the request was made.
 
Establishment of the Accommodation Agreement
Article 3
- The accommodation agreement shall be established when the hotel accepts the application set forth in the preceding paragraph. However, this does not apply when the hotel proves it has not accepted the application.
 - When an accommodation agreement has been established as per the provisions, the guest must pay a deposit set by the hotel by the deadline designated by the hotel. (Maximum is 3 nights deposit)
 - The deposit shall first be allocated to room charges ultimately payable by the guest, then allocated to fines followed by compensation for damages in the event that the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply; any remaining deposit shall be returned at the time of payment in accordance with Article 12.
 - The accommodation agreement shall cease to be effective when the guest fails to pay the deposit set forth in Paragraph 2 by the deadline designated by the hotel. However, this is limited to cases in which the hotel notifies guests of a deposit deadline.
 
Special Agreements Not Requiring a Deposit
Article 4
- Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the hotel may accept special agreements that do not require payment of a deposit.
 - The preceding paragraph on special agreements shall apply when the hotel does not request payment of the deposit set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify a deposit payment deadline when accepting applications for an accommodation agreement.
 
Refusal of Accommodation Agreements
Article 5
- This hotel may refuse to enter into an accommodation agreement in the following cases
 - (1) When the application for accommodation is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
 - (2) When guestrooms are fully booked
 - (3) When a potential guest is deemed likely to break the law, disrupt public order, or act contrary to public morals during their stay.
 - (4) When a potential guest is deemed to fall under any of the following categories A to C :
 - A. Organized crime groups as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Law Concerning Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (Law No. 77, 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group") , Organized crime group members prescribed in Article 2, Item 6 of the same Law (Law No. 77 of 1991) (iii) Organized Crime Group, quasi-organized crime syndicate members or persons related to "Organized Crime Group", and other antisocial forces.
 - B. When the applicant is involved in corporations or other organizations whose operations are controlled by an organized crime group.
 - C. When any of the directors of the applicant’s corporation is classified as a member of an organized crime group
 - (5) When the potential guest’s behavior poses a significant nuisance to other guests.
 - (6) When the potential guest clearly has a contagious disease.
 - (7) When a violent act of demand is committed or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded in connection with accommodation.
 - (8) When it is impossible to accommodate guests due to natural disasters, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
 - (9) When the case falls under the provisions of Article 4 of the Kanagawa Prefecture Ryokan Law Enforcement Ordinance.
 
The Guest’s Right to Terminate the Accommodation Agreement
Article 6
- The guest may terminate the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
 - In the event that the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (except in the event that this hotel specifies the due date for payment of the application fee and requests payment thereof pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 2, and the guest cancels the accommodation contract prior to such payment), this hotel shall charge a penalty fee as listed in appended table 2. ), the hotel will charge a penalty fee in accordance with the provisions listed in Appended Table 2. However, in the event that this hotel has agreed to the special contract stipulated in Article 4, Paragraph 1, this will only apply when this hotel has notified the guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the guest cancels the accommodation contract in response to the special contract.
 - In the event that a guest does not arrive at the hotel by 8:00 p.m. on the day of the stay (or by a later time if an estimated time of arrival has been specified in advance), the hotel may treat the contract as having been cancelled by the guest.
 
Cancellation of the Accommodation Contract
Article 7
- The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract in the following cases.
If a Guest engages in any of the disruptive acts defined in the preceding Article, or if there is a reasonable judgment that such an act is likely to occur, the Hotel may immediately terminate the Accommodation Contract without prior notice and request the Guest to vacate the room and the premises. In such a case, the Guest shall have no right to object.
Furthermore, if the Guest causes damage to the Hotel, its staff, or other guests due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions and engaging in disruptive behavior, the Hotel reserves the right to claim compensation for such damages from the Guest.
The Hotel may terminate the Accommodation Contract if: - (1) The Guest is deemed likely to violate, or has violated, laws, public order, or standards of decency in connection with their stay.
 - (2) The Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following categories (a) through (c):
- a. Organized crime groups, gang members, associate gang members, or other anti-social forces.
 - b. A corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or gang members.
 - c. A corporation whose officers include a person falling under the definition of a gang member.
 
 - (3) The Guest engages in violence, threats, coercion, defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other intimidating words or actions against the Hotel staff or other guests.
 - (4) The Guest is identified as an infected individual, etc., with a designated infectious disease.
 - (5) The Guest engages in violent demands related to the stay, or excessive demands without reasonable grounds or demands deemed socially unreasonable (such as demanding a dogeza (kneeling apology), unreasonable demands for money or goods, or persistent demands for letters of apology) repeatedly. (Excluding cases where the Guest seeks the removal of social barriers as stipulated in Article 7, Paragraph 2 or Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination against People with Disabilities.)
 - (6) To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, the following disruptive acts are strictly prohibited against other guests and staff: 
- 
Assault, Threats, and Intimidation
Engaging in violence, threats, coercion, defamation, invasion of privacy, or other intimidating words or actions against staff or other guests. - 
Unreasonable Demands
Repeatedly making excessive demands without reasonable grounds or demands deemed socially unreasonable (such as demanding a dogeza (kneeling apology), unreasonable demands for money or goods, or persistent demands for letters of apology). - 
Detainment, Confinement, or Stalking
Detaining or confining staff for long periods, stalking them, or otherwise obstructing the Hotel’s business operations. - 
Discriminatory or Insulting Remarks
Making or engaging in discriminatory or insulting remarks or actions based on race, gender, nationality, creed, etc. - 
Unauthorized Recording and Publication
Recording the image or voice of staff without their consent, or publishing/disseminating such recordings on social media or the Internet. - 
Other
The Guest repeatedly makes demands to the Hotel that pose an excessive burden on the Hotel's provision of services to other guests, as stipulated in Article 5-6 of the Regulations for Enforcement of the Ryokan Business Act (including examples publicized by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare concerning the same Article). 
 - 
Assault, Threats, and Intimidation
 - (7) The Hotel is unable to accommodate the Guest due to causes attributable to force majeure, such as natural disasters.
 - (8) The case falls under the provisions of Article 4 of the Kanagawa Prefectural Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ryokan Business Act.
 - (9) The Guest fails to comply with the rules established by the Hotel, such as smoking in bed, tampering with fire safety equipment, or other prohibitions necessary for fire prevention.
 
Guest Registration
Article 8
- Guests must register the following information at the front desk on the day of their stay.
 - (1) Guest name, age, gender, address, contact telephone number, and occupation
 - (2) For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
 - (3) Departure date and planned departure time
 - (4) Other information deemed necessary by the hotel
 - Guests who wish to pay the fees stipulated in Article 12 using traveler’s checks, hotel vouchers, credit cards, or any other alternative for currency must present this in advance when registering the information above.
 
Guestroom Hours
Article 9
- Guestrooms may be used from 3 pm to 11 am the following day. However, for extended stays, guests may use the guestroom for the entire day excluding arrival and departure dates.
 - Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may accept the use of a room outside the hours specified in the preceding paragraph.
 
Compliance with Rules and Regulations
Article 10
Guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations established by the hotel, which are posted within the premises and attached at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
Hours
Article 11
- Hours of operation for other facilities will be provided in the pamphlet provided, notices posted in various places, and in the service directory in the guest rooms.
 - (1) Closing time of front entrance: OPEN 24 hours/day
 - (2) Front desk: OPEN 24 hours/day
 - The hours in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary or unavoidable. In such a case, the hotel will notify the guests in an appropriate manner.
 
Payment of Fees
Article 12
- A breakdown of accommodation fees to be paid by guests is listed in Appendix 1.
 - Payment of the aforementioned lodging fees shall be made by currency, traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or other payment methods approved by our establishment, at the time of our request and by the payment date specified in the payment methods defined by our company.
 - The hotel will charge for the room even if the guest decides not to stay in the room after the hotel has provided the room to the guest and made it available for their use.
 
Hotel Liability
Article 13
In the event that the hotel causes damage to a guest due to the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements, the hotel shall compensate for such damage. (However, this shall not apply if the damage is not caused by reasons attributable to the hotel.)
When Rooms Cannot Be Provided According to the Agreement
Article 14
- If this hotel is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, it shall, with the consent of the guest, arrange for other accommodation under the same conditions as much as possible.
 - If, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this hotel is unable to find other accommodation, it will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the amount of the penalty charge, and the compensation fee will be applied to the amount of compensation for damages. However, if there is no reason attributable to the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room, no compensation shall be paid.
 
Handling of Checked Items
Article 15
- In the event of loss or damage to articles, cash, or valuables left at the front desk by a guest, the hotel shall compensate for such damage, except in cases where such damage is caused by force majeure. However, in the event that the hotel requires the guest to disclose the type and value of cash and valuables, and the guest fails to do so, the hotel will compensate for the damage up to the limit of 150,000 yen.
 - In the event that a guest brings into the hotel any articles, cash or valuables that have not been left at the front desk, and that is lost, damaged or otherwise damaged due to the intentional or negligent act of the hotel, the hotel will compensate for such damages. However, the hotel will compensate for damages up to 150,000 yen for items for which the type and value were not specified by the guest in advance, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the hotel.
 
Storing Guest Luggage and Belongings
Article 16
- If a guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to their stay, the hotel will take responsibility for its safekeeping only if the hotel understands this prior to the arrival of the baggage, and give it over to the guest when they check in at the front desk.
 - If a guest's baggage or personal belongings are left at the hotel after the guest has checked out, and the owner of the baggage or personal belongings is found, the hotel shall contact the owner and request instructions from him or her. However, if the Museum does not receive instructions from the owner, or if the owner cannot be identified, the Hotel will keep the baggage for 6 months, such period starting on the day it is found, and will report it to the nearest police station if necessary. However, food, beverages, cigarettes, magazines, etc. that are detrimental to the sanitary environment will be disposed of on the same day.
 - In the event that the circumstances of the preceding two paragraphs should occur, the responsibility of the hotel for the safekeeping of the guest's baggage or personal belongings shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of paragraph 1, and in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of the same article in the case of the preceding paragraph.
 
Parking Liability
Article 17
- When a guest uses the parking lot of the hotel, regardless of whether or not the guest has deposited the keys to the car, the hotel rents the parking lot to the guest and is not responsible for the management of the car. However, if the Museum intentionally or negligently causes damage in the management of the parking lot, the Museum will be held responsible for compensation.
 
Guest Liability
Article 18
In the event that this hotel suffers damages due to the intentional or negligent act of a guest, said guest shall compensate this hotel for such damages.

Guest Usage Policies / House Rules

Chapter 1: Prohibited Items and Actions within the Facility
Article 1 (Prohibited Items)The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the premises, as they may cause inconvenience to other guests:
- Animals, birds, or pets (excluding assistance dogs for persons with disabilities, such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs).
 - Items emitting foul odors or loud noises.
 - Explosives, volatile oils, or any other flammable or highly combustible substances.
 - Firearms, swords, or stimulants not legally permitted for possession.
 - Any other item deemed dangerous by the facility.
 
To protect the privacy and tranquility of other guests and to ensure the maintenance of the premises, the following acts are strictly prohibited when using the facilities, both inside and outside the guest rooms:
- Using the guest room for any purpose other than accommodation.
 - Engaging in advertising activities without permission from the facility, or distributing advertisements or selling merchandise within the facility and its grounds.
 - Engaging in gambling, activities that disrupt public morals, or behavior that causes annoyance to other guests.
 - Engaging in loud speech, singing, or increasing the volume of televisions or radios in a manner that disturbs other guests.
 - 
Live Streaming and Revenue-Generating Streaming Activities:
- (1) Conducting live commerce, selling goods, or any form of live streaming for monetary gain via the internet in any area of the facility, including guest rooms, lobby, hot springs, restaurants, and hallways, without prior written consent.
 - (2) Streaming that involves the unauthorized capture or recording of images, voices, personal information, or privacy-related information of other guests or staff members who can be identified, regardless of whether the stream is for profit.
 - (3) Using equipment intended for streaming (such as lighting, tripods, large microphones, or cameras) in a manner that inconveniences other guests or poses a risk to the facility's safety management.
 
 - Bringing in items for gambling, generating loud noise, emitting foul odors, bringing in hazardous materials, or any other nuisance behavior toward other guests.
 
The facility reserves the right to immediately terminate the Accommodation Agreement and request the guest to vacate the room and premises if the guest commits any of the prohibited acts specified in the preceding article, or if the facility determines there is a risk of such acts being committed. In this event, the guest shall not raise any objection.
Chapter 2: Safety and Use of Guest Rooms
Article 4 (Ensuring Safety in Guest Rooms)- Locking: Please ensure that your guest room is locked whenever you leave. Please use the door latch (chain lock) when you are in the room or asleep. Do not open the door carelessly to suspicious visitors.
 - Emergency Exits: In case of emergency, please confirm the evacuation route map near the entrance of your room and the emergency exits on each floor.
 - Prohibited Heating Devices: Do not use any heating, cooking, or other heat-generating devices within the guest room.
 - Electronic Devices: For safety, please turn off and unplug any electrical or electronic devices you brought with you before leaving the room.
 - Window Safety: Please be careful not to drop cameras or other personal belongings from the windows of your guest room.
 
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking anywhere other than designated areas within the facility. Please also refrain from any other actions that may cause a fire. Should smoking occur in the guest room, you will be charged the actual cost required for cleaning and repair of bedding, curtains, wallpaper, and other fixtures. (A limited smoking area is available at Kinnotake Sengokuhara. Please inquire for details.)
- Submission of Consent Form: Accommodation for minors staying alone will be refused unless a written consent form from a legal representative (such as a parent) is submitted.
 - Accompaniment by Guardian: Guests under 15 years old or younger than junior high school age must be accompanied by a legal representative or a guardian approved by the legal representative.
 
- Meeting Visitors: Please refrain from meeting visitors in your guest room at any time of the day. Visitors are prohibited from entering the facility after 12:00 AM (midnight).
 - Unauthorized Stay: It is strictly prohibited to allow visitors who are not registered guests (including companions) under the Accommodation Agreement to stay overnight.
 
Please refrain from leaving your guest room in pajamas, bathrobes, slippers, swimwear, or any state of undress other than the designated indoor wear provided by the facility.
For the safety of our guests, if we are unable to contact you for a prolonged period, our staff will attempt to contact you by telephone or knock on your door. Please note that in the event of no response or in an emergency, the facility reserves the right to enter the guest room if deemed necessary.
The facility and its surrounding area are located in a rich natural environment. Wild animals such as wild boars, deer, bears, and monkeys may appear on the premises or in the surrounding area. For your safety, please pay attention to the following points and act at your own discretion and responsibility:
- Night/Early Morning Outings Please refrain from going out alone during the night or early morning when wildlife is most active./li>
 - No Feeding Absolutely do not feed wild animals or leave food or trash outdoors. This can reduce their wariness of humans and lead to injuries or property damage.
 - Encounter Protocol If you encounter a wild animal, do not shout or run suddenly; remain calm and slowly move away from the area. Do not approach animals with young.
 - Children's Safety Guardians should ensure children do not go outside alone and should take measures for their safety.
 
The facility shall not be held liable for any injury or damage resulting from contact with wild animals due to the guest's non-compliance with the above warnings or the guest's own negligence, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the facility. Please ensure you manage your own safety with utmost care.
Chapter 3: Facilities, Intellectual Property, and Damages
Article 12 (Handling of Facility Equipment and Fixtures)- Prohibition of Moving/Modifying Do not move or modify any facilities or fixtures both inside and outside the premises.
 - Liability for Damages Guests will be charged the actual cost for any staining, damage, or loss of equipment or fixtures.
 
- Prohibition of Commercial Filming/Publication
        
- Do not take photos, videos, or make recordings for commercial purposes using cameras, videos, DVDs, or any other device within the guest rooms or on the premises without permission.
 - Even if the photos or recordings are taken privately, the following acts are prohibited without permission: (i) posting them on the internet for commercial purposes, and (ii) live streaming using various SNS platforms.
 
 - Prohibition of Drones The flight of drones and filming using drones within the facility premises is prohibited unless authorized by the facility.
 - Prohibition of Rights Infringement Do not commit acts that infringe, or may infringe, upon the copyrights, trademark rights, other intellectual property rights, property rights, trade secrets, privacy, portrait rights, or other rights of other guests, third parties, the facility, affiliated companies, or the facility's employees.
 - Filming Employees If you wish to take photos or videos of the facility's employees, please obtain their prior consent.
 
Use of the facility will be refused for individuals or groups specified as organized crime groups (Boryokudan, etc.) under Article 8, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Accommodation Agreement, those who may violate public order and morals, and those who exhibit the following nuisance behaviors. (If such facts become apparent after a reservation is made or during use, the use will be immediately terminated.)
- Nuisance acts towards the facility or its employees.
 - Acts of violence, threat, extortion, intimidating or unreasonable demands, or demanding burdens that exceed a reasonable scope.
 
Security cameras are installed within the facility for security purposes. Images and footage recorded by these cameras will be managed strictly in accordance with facility regulations and will be deleted after a certain period.
- The equipment and fixtures of the inn are provided for the comfortable stay of our guests. Please use them appropriately only during your stay.
 - It is strictly prohibited to take any items belonging to the inn—such as towels, yukata, hair dryers, electrical appliances, tableware, and furnishings in the guest rooms and facility, or items placed in the lobby or dining areas (e.g., blankets, cushions)—out of the premises without permission.
 - Should a guest unauthorizedly take out, damage, or lose any item, the guest will be charged the equivalent cost of the item (purchase or repair cost). A separate billing fee may also be applied.
 - If the unauthorized removal of items is discovered, the inn reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including reporting to the police.
 
Chapter 4: Valuables and Payment
Article 17 (Management of Valuables and Disclaimer)- Valuables Management: We ask that you use the in-room safety deposit box for the storage of cash and valuables during your stay.
 - Disclaimer The facility shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or similar incidents occurring within the facility if the above procedures are not followed.
 
Lost and found items will be stored at the facility for a certain period from the date of discovery, after which they will be handled in accordance with the Lost Property Act. The cost incurred for shipping lost items will be borne by the guest. The facility's liability regarding the storage of lost items shall be governed by the provisions of Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Accommodation Agreement.
- Settlement If requested by the front desk during your stay, please settle the outstanding balance at the reception desk immediately.
 - Prohibition of Advance Payment We are unable to provide advance payment for purchases, tickets, taxi fares, postage stamps, or shipping costs for luggage.
 - Payment Restrictions Please note that we cannot accept payment by check or foreign currency, and we do not offer currency exchange services.
 
Chapter 5: Gym Usage Policy
- Safety and Age Restrictions
- Health Management: Use is prohibited for individuals feeling unwell or who have consumed alcohol.
 - Footwear: Indoor athletic shoes suitable for exercise must be worn. Bare feet, slippers, and outdoor shoes are prohibited.
 
 - 
Attire and Hygiene
- Attire: Appropriate athletic wear (T-shirts, shorts, etc.) must be worn.
 - Towel Use: For hygiene, please use the provided towels to wipe down equipment after use.
 - Hydration: Only beverages in sealed containers are permitted (glass bottles are prohibited).
 
 - 
Manners
- Equipment Use: Do not monopolize specific equipment for extended periods; please yield to other guests during busy times.
 - Tidiness: After use, please return dumbbells and other equipment to their original locations.
 - Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for the management of their own valuables.
 - Attire: Please wear clothing suitable for exercise (such as a T-shirt and shorts).
 
 - 
Installation of Security Cameras
Security cameras are installed in the gym area (excluding changing rooms) to ensure guest safety and prevent theft. Recorded footage will not be used for any purpose other than security management, except as required by law. 
Chapter 6: Sauna Usage Policy
- Health and Safety
- Pre-Use Check: Use is prohibited for individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, those who are pregnant, feeling unwell, or intoxicated.
 - Duration: Prolonged use can cause illness. Please use for a reasonable duration (e.g., within 10 minutes).
 - Hydration: Drink plenty of fluids before and after using the sauna.
 - Health and Safety: Guests who are feeling unwell or under the influence of alcohol are kindly requested to refrain from using the facilities.
 
 - 
Manners
- Equipment Use: Do not monopolize specific equipment for extended periods; please yield to other guests during busy times.
 - Tidiness: After use, please return dumbbells and other equipment to their original locations.
 - Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for the management of their own valuables.
 - Attire: Please wear clothing suitable for exercise (such as a T-shirt and shorts).
 
 
Chapter 7: Pool Usage Policy
- Safety and Hygiene
- Swimwear: Swimwear must be worn in the pool zone (T-shirts, underwear, and regular clothing are prohibited in the water). Gym shoes and swimwear are available for rent for a fee; please inquire at the front desk.
 - Swim Caps: Swim caps are generally required for hygiene reasons.
 - Showering: Please shower to wash off sweat and cosmetics before entering the water.
 - Prohibited Items: Glass items, food and beverages (outside designated areas), and large play equipment (such as large inflatable rings) are prohibited.
 - Before Bathing: Please refrain from using the bath if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, feeling unwell, or under the influence of alcohol.
 
 - Prohibited Actions
- Diving: Diving from the poolside is prohibited due to the risk of injury.
 - Running: The poolside can be slippery; please do not run.
 - Noise: Please refrain from loud conversations to avoid disturbing other guests.

Installation of Security Cameras
Security cameras are installed in the pool area (excluding changing rooms) to ensure guest safety and prevent theft. Recorded footage will not be used for any purpose other than security management, except as required by law.

Chapter 8: Public Bath/Private Open-Air Bath (Onsen) Usage Policy (Manners)
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, please observe the following rules:
- Usage Time and Reservation
- Time Management: The reserved time slot (usually 45 minutes) includes time for undressing, bathing, and dressing. Please vacate the bath area by the end time for the next guests.
 - Extension: Extensions cannot be accommodated due to reservation schedules.
 - Reservations: Private baths are available by reservation (on the day of use only / reservation required).
 
 - Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Rinsing: Before entering the bathtub, please thoroughly wash your entire body using the shower or the provided basin.
 - No Towels in the Tub: For hygiene reasons, please do not put towels into the bathtub.
 - Small towels (face towels) should be placed outside the tub or on your head.
 - Tidiness: After use, please return all used items (chairs, basins, shampoos, etc.) to their original places and cooperate in light tidying for the comfort of the next user.

Prohibited Actions (Safety and Nuisance)
- Food/Drink: Please refrain from drinking alcohol or eating food in the bath area or changing room. (Water and tea for hydration are permitted.)
 - Intoxication: Bathing while heavily intoxicated is dangerous and strictly prohibited.
 - Noise: Although the space is private, please refrain from loud conversations or disruptive actions, such as jumping, that may disturb other guests or the neighborhood.
 - Photography Restrictions: To protect the privacy of other guests, please refrain from taking videos or still photos inside the bath area. (However, photography of only the scenery, or of your family/group without capturing other guests, is permitted.)
 - Removal of Fixtures: Do not remove any facility fixtures, such as yukata, towels, or amenities, without permission.

Health Precautions
- Health Check: Please refrain from bathing if you have a fever or are feeling unwell.
 - Long Baths: Long bathing times can strain the body. Take frequent breaks and stay hydrated to prevent dizziness or dehydration.
 - Medical Conditions: Guests who are pregnant, or have chronic conditions such as heart disease or high blood pressure, should consult their doctor and bathe at their own discretion and responsibility.

Other Matters
- Tattoos: Guests with tattoos are permitted to use the private open-air baths.
 - Locking: Please ensure you lock the entrance when using the private open-air bath to secure your privacy.
 
 
Chapter 9: Spa Treatment Service Usage Policy
This policy establishes the rules for the safe and comfortable use of the spa treatment services. We request the cooperation of all guests to ensure a relaxing experience.
- This service is intended for beauty and relaxation purposes only. It is not intended for medical treatment.
 - Refusal of Service
	
Service will be refused to guests who fall under any of the following categories:- Those who are feeling unwell or have a fever.
 - Those who have been medically advised against bathing or massage.
 - Those with severe high blood pressure, heart disease, or other chronic medical conditions.
 - Those who have consumed alcohol or are intoxicated.
 - Those who are pregnant or may be pregnant.
 - Those with allergies (especially to cosmetics or aroma oils).
 - Those identified as members of organized crime groups or anti-social forces.
 - Those who may cause inconvenience to other guests.
 - Those whom the facility deems unfit for service use.
 
 - Reservation and Cancellation
        
- Reservations are accepted through methods designated by the facility.
 - Changes or cancellations must be reported by 7:00 PM the day before the reservation. Cancellations on the day of service may incur a prescribed cancellation fee:
No-Show/Uncontacted Cancellation: 100% of the reservation fee. Cancellations within 2 hours of start time: 50% of the reservation fee. - If you are late due to personal reasons, the treatment course will be shortened.
 - If we cannot reach you 15 minutes past your reservation time, the reservation may be automatically canceled. Please contact us if you will be late.
 
 - 4. Prohibited Actions During Treatment 
The following acts are strictly prohibited during the treatment session:- Inappropriate remarks or physical contact toward the therapist.
 - Filming or photographing the session with smartphones or cameras.
 - Asking the therapist for personal contact information.
 - Any other act that disrupts the treatment session.
 
 - Disclaimer
        
- If a guest's physical condition worsens during the treatment, the session will be immediately interrupted.
 - The facility shall not be held liable for any illness or injury sustained during or after the treatment session, unless there is negligence on the part of the facility.
