Experience Japan’s Setsubun Culture with Ehomaki

Experience Japan’s Setsubun Culture with Ehomaki

Enjoy Ehomaki not just as food, but as a cultural experience.
At Kinnotake Resorts, we offer a new way to enjoy Ehomaki, allowing you to connect with the traditions behind this seasonal treat. All rolls are made in just the right amount to avoid waste, supporting a sustainable experience.

Three Steps: Learn, Roll, Reflect

Learn
Discover the history of Setsubun and the meaning behind the “seven ingredients” inspired by the Seven Lucky Gods.

Roll
Carefully roll the seven ingredients—including shrimp, eel, and shiitake mushrooms—under the guidance of a skilled chef.

Reflect
Face the 2026 lucky direction, south-southeast, and enjoy your Ehomaki in silence, taking a moment to make a personal wish. Experience a unique, mindful Setsubun moment away from everyday life.
