Opt out of room cleaning - Skip System Launched

We are pleased to announce the full implementation of the "Skip System" at both "Kinnotake Tonosawa" and "Hotel Zagakukan," which allows guests staying multiple nights to choose to skip room cleaning.

For guests who prefer not to have their rooms cleaned, we will provide discount vouchers that can be used at on-site facilities and affiliated restaurants.

[Eligible Areas for Room Cleaning and Voucher Amount]
■ No cleaning at all: ¥2,000 voucher
■ Towel exchange + trash removal only: ¥1,000 voucher
■ Towel exchange + trash removal + replenishment of minibar (including glassware): ¥500 voucher
