We are offering special Christmas menus at all six Kinnotake Resort locations. Spend a memorable Christmas with your loved ones in the great nature of Hakone, at Kinnotake Resort, which is designed as an extraordinary space and time.

■ LüDERA
Enjoy Tartare! Fried Shrimp Burger

At Cafe & Dining LüDERA in Sengokuhara, Hakone, we are offering a Christmas special hamburger inspired by festive treats. This burger features two 15cm long fried shrimp, topped with rich homemade creamy tartar sauce, making it a filling and heartwarming dish standing 9 cm high. For a special twist, we add a rose sauce made from a blend of tomato and cream sauces, ensuring each bite envelops you in a sense of happiness.

■ Teppanyaki Zen
Enjoy Premium Beef at Kanagawa’s Only Premium Beef Teppanyaki Christmas Menu

At Teppanyaki Zen, which serves the premium beef from Kitauchi Ranch in Ishigaki Island, we have prepared a luxurious Christmas menu featuring special ingredients. In addition to our usual premium beef, we are introducing Kobe beef fillet for a comparison of two types of Japanese wagyu. You will also enjoy the rich sweetness and chewy texture of natural Ezo abalone from Hokkaido. As a special order dish, we are also offering a beef stew made with Ishigaki Kitauchi Ranch premium beef. Chef Tasaka’s secret recipe, perfected over many years, includes a demi-glace sauce that takes a week to prepare. This sauce makes full use of ingredients that would otherwise be discarded, such as the tips of onions, skins of carrots, mushroom stems, and tomato stems, creating a deep and rich flavor.

■ No Overnight Stay Ryokan Saryo
Christmas-Themed "Fruit Monaka"

At the day-use ryokan "Kinnotake Saryo," we are offering a welcome sweet inspired by Christmas cakes, the "Fruit Monaka." Fresh fruits such as Shizuoka's Benihoppe strawberries, kiwi, and Red Madonna citrus are wrapped in smooth fresh cream and sweet bean paste. The monaka shell is made green to add a Christmas-like touch, making it a perfect treat for a special time with your loved ones.

■ Kinnotake Sengokuhara
Warm Drinks to Enjoy in the World of "The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter"

At Kinnotake Sengokuhara, which is inspired by the "Tale of the Bamboo Cutter," enjoy hot whiskey and hot rum chai at the Bar Bamboo while taking in the bamboo light-up floating on the water. A perfect way to warm your heart during the festive season.

■ Matsuzakaya Honten

At the Matsuzakaya Honten, established in 1662 and depicted in the ukiyo-e by Hiroshige, we are holding a special Christmas event. You can write a message for your loved ones on a card and hang it on the Christmas tree in the lounge, and enjoy warm hot wine at the bar lounge while viewing the garden’s light display.

■ Kinnotake Tono-sawa
An Ultimate SPA Experience for Both Body and Mind

At Kinnotake Tonosawa, surrounded by the great nature of Hakone, The Moon SPA offers a winter-only treatment package, "Wa," combining herb balls with body and mini facial treatments. This seasonal menu uses different herbs each season, and from November to December, you can enjoy treatments featuring Christmas-perfect herbs like cinnamon and rosemary.
