Kinnotake, a company operating five hotels and ryokans and two restaurants in Hakone, Kanagawa, is celebrating its 10th anniversary. In line with this milestone, Kinnotake Tounosawa will introduce "Teppanyaki ZEN," an authentic teppanyaki restaurant located on its premises, starting July 14. From July 14 to August 31, overnight guests can enjoy the Teppanyaki course during dinner at half the regular price of ¥12,000, now offered at ¥6,000.

As part of the 10th-anniversary celebrations, Kinnotake Tounosawa is opening "Teppanyaki ZEN" on July 14. The resort, designed around the concept of being an "adults' playground," offers a no-boundaries resort experience, with a focus on service, ambiance, and environment.

Recently, there has been an increase in guests who value the quality of ingredients, dinnerware, and engaging with the chefs. Furthermore, there has been a growing demand for Japanese beef, especially since the resumption of individual travel in October last year, with monthly records being set for inbound tourists. To meet these desires, Kinnotake will offer "Teppanyaki ZEN," providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy carefully selected Japanese beef, vegetables, wine, and enhance their well-being through food. The name "Teppanyaki ZEN" embodies a sense of purity and creativity. Guests will now have the option to arrange Teppanyaki courses for an additional fee.

The plan is to expand this teppanyaki restaurant service beyond overnight guests, aiming to provide services to those who visit Hakone in 2024.
