Guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive treatments. Pregnant guests are not permitted to receive treatments. We do not provide treatment for guests with high fever or drunkenness. Please inform us in advance if you have a chronic disease such as high blood pressure, heart disease, allergic disease, diabetes, etc., or if you are currently visiting a hospital. Please note that there are cases in which you may not be able to receive the treatment depending on your physical condition or circumstances. Please refrain from eating for one hour before and after meals to ensure a pleasant treatment experience. We recommend that you warm your body in the hot spring for about 10 minutes before using our spa.
