FLOW & GUIDELINES

1 浄KIYOMERU
To begin with, a foot bath is given to increase blood flow. A botanical scrub gently exfoliates the skin, letting the water wash away the ruts of the mind, warming the body from the feet up and raising the anticipation for the treatment.
2 気KIZUKU
While warming up in the foot bath, you discuss your physical and skin concerns with the person in charge, and select the fragrance of the oil to be used according to your daily changing physical and mental state. Your brain will tell which fragrance is right for you at the moment, so one of the ways to enjoy the experience is to let your intuition guide you in your choice. Talking may help you to become aware of your inner self.
3 整TOTONOU
The Moon Spa's all-hand treatment combines various types of techniques to match the fragrance chosen by the customer. Enjoy a blissful moment when your body and mind melt in a pleasant harmony of fragrance and treatment.
4 補OGINAU
After the treatment, you can relax with a cup of herbal tea. This is a time to sharpen your senses and take in lots of good energy. You will also receive care advice from our staff.

    • Operating Hours: 10:00 AM ～ 7:00 PM
    • Times listed are for treatment only, not including counseling, tea time, or changing.
    • Please refrain from entering and exiting the spa except for those who will receive treatment.
    • Photography is not permitted in the spa.
    • Please refrain from using cell phones, smart phones, and tablets in order to spend time away from the daily routine.
  • Guest's physical condition
    • Guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive treatments.
    • Pregnant guests are not permitted to receive treatments.
    • We do not provide treatment for guests with high fever or drunkenness.
    • Please inform us in advance if you have a chronic disease such as high blood pressure, heart disease, allergic disease, diabetes, etc., or if you are currently visiting a hospital. Please note that there are cases in which you may not be able to receive the treatment depending on your physical condition or circumstances.
    • Please be sure to inform us in advance if you require assistance. For safety management reasons, we may need to decline in some cases. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Please refrain from eating for one hour before and after meals to ensure a pleasant treatment experience.
    • We recommend that you warm your body in the hot spring for about 10 minutes before using our spa.
  • Valuables
    • As there are no lockers for valuables in the spa, please leave your valuables in the in-room safe.
  • Infectious disease control
    • Our spa is open for business with frequent ventilation, humidity control, and thorough alcohol disinfection of areas that guests come into contact with.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • No-show cancellations: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
    • Cancellations made 2 hours before the reservation: 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
    • If the customer is late for the scheduled time, the course may be shortened.
    • If we are unable to contact the customer 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.
