Cafe Dining LÜDERA in Sengokuhara Extends Business Hours to 22 PM & Launches Seasonal "Susuki no Cider"

Sengokuhara, known for its vast pampas grass fields selected as one of "Kanagawa's Top 50 Scenic Spots," is a nature-rich area. During the day, the region is bustling with visitors to art attractions like the Glass Forest Museum and the Lalique Museum. However, by evening, only the lights of nearby inns remain, and few dining options are available. As a result, there are limited choices for those who arrive late due to unexpected traffic delays or wish to enjoy a meal outside their accommodation.

In response to customer feedback, Cafe Dining LÜDERA, part of the KINNOTAKE group and famous for its original Ashigara beef burgers, has extended its business hours. Now open from 11:30 for lunch until 22:00, the café offers a seamless experience from lunch to tea time, dinner, and even a night café option for those looking to relax before heading back. With extended hours, LÜDERA provides a cozy light in the heart of Sengokuhara, welcoming guests to stop by anytime.

In mid-September, the pampas grass fields of Sengokuhara and Mount Taigatake begin to turn a golden hue, symbolizing the iconic autumn landscape of Sengokuhara. "We want guests to not only enjoy the beauty of pampas grass but also to savor it as a memory of their trip," inspired us to create this unique LÜDERA-style drink again this year.

The "Susuki no Cider," a seasonal offering since 2021, is available exclusively during this time of year. After experimenting with three types of orange juice, we selected the Odawara-grown "Enoura Mikan" for its perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Blended with espresso, which adds a caramel-like richness, and topped with cider, this is a confidently crafted drink. Whether enjoyed as a companion during a stroll through the pampas grass fields of Sengokuhara or during a café break afterward, this drink, with its striking contrast of orange and dark brown, is a must-try during your visit.
