Thank you for your continued patronage of Matsuzakaya Honten. Due to the 71st Hakone Daimyo Procession, traffic regulations will be implemented on the following date and time:

71st Hakone Daimyo Procession

Date: Sunday, November 3, 2024
Time: From 11:30 AM to around 3:00 PM
Traffic Regulation Area:
From the "Oku-Yumoto Iriguchi" bus stop to the National Route 1 in front of Hakone Yumoto Station, and near the "Shimojuku" bus stop.
For more details, please refer to the Hakone Yumoto Tourism Association Announcement (only in Japanese).

▼ For Customers Planning to Use Public Transportation
On Sunday, November 3rd, from 1:55 PM to 2:40 PM, buses will not stop between the "Hakone-Yumoto Station" and "Onsenba Iriguchi" bus stops.
We can arrange a hired car service from Odawara Station to Matsuzakaya Honten, avoiding National Route 1. Since the route will be different from the usual one, please contact us through the Matsuzakaya Honten Hired Car Application Form for fare details.

▼ For Customers Planning to Drive
On Sunday, November 3rd, from 1:55 PM to 2:40 PM, National Route 1 in front of Hakone-Yumoto Station will have alternating one-way traffic, and there may be more congestion than usual before and after the regulation hours.
We recommend using the hired car service or avoiding the traffic regulation hours when coming to or leaving our facility.
