Based on Kinnotake’s internal program that allows employees to invite their families to the ryokan one year after joining the company, we have created a special “Gratitude Family Travel Plan” for new employees nationwide.

This initiative offers a unique opportunity for new working professionals to express their heartfelt thanks to the family members and mentors who supported their first steps into society—by treating them to a relaxing stay at a ryokan. Through the extraordinary setting of a traditional Japanese inn, Kinnotake aims to foster a culture of gratitude and appreciation throughout society.
