We are now accepting reservations for the Zen Toji spa treatment with chauffeur service at Kinnotake Tonosawa. This plan is exclu-sively available for guests staying at Kinnotake Sengokuhara.

Preferred Menu Options

Premier Paired Treatment Zen Toji Herbal Bath + Body Treatment + Mini Facial + Chauffeur Service [from 11:00 AM] [from 12:00 PM]

This plan is limited to use by two people only.
Relax and enjoy quality time together as you unwind.
The luxurious package includes:

30 minutes of herbal bath
60 minutes of body treatment
30 minutes of mini facial
The total duration, including counseling and preparation time, is
180 minutes. After the course, you can also choose to rinse off the
oils with a shower.

must be made at least two days before the desired date through
this page.
※ If you have a severe plant allergy, please inform us when making your reservation.
※ The treatment can be scheduled either before or after your
check-in time, depending on your preference.

Due to the possibility of road congestion, we will arrange for the hire car to be dispatched 40 minutes prior to the treatment time to ensure enough time. When boarding the hire car from Hakone Yumoto Station, we will greet you at the ticket gate.

【Guest's physical condition】

・Guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive treatments.
・Pregnant guests are not permitted to receive treatments.
・We do not provide treatment for guests with high fever or drunkenness.
・Please inform us in advance if you have a chronic disease such as high blood pressure, heart disease, allergic disease, diabetes, etc., or if you are currently visiting a hospital. Please note that there are cases in which you may not be able to receive the treatment depending on your physical condition or circumstances. Please be sure to inform us in advance if you require assistance. For safety management reasons, we may need to decline in some cases. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please refrain from eating for one hour before and after meals to ensure a pleasant treatment experience.


【Cancellation Policy】

• Cancellations made after 4:00 PM the day before: 20% of the reservation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made 2 hours before the reservation: 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
• No-show cancellations: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
• If the customer is late for the scheduled time, the course may be shortened.
• If we are unable to contact the customer 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.

• For reservations made more than one month in advance, we will respond around one month prior to the date of your stay.
• Depending on the schedule and availability, we may not be able to accept your reservation.
• Reservations are accepted up until two days before the date of stay.
