We do the treatment according to your physical and mental state and goals for the day. This is an all-hand spa treatment.
We invite you to leave the hustle and bustle of daily life behind and enjoy a deeply colorful and enriching adult experience while relaxing in the spa and hot springs of Hakone's verdant forest.

The Moon Spa Sengokuhara temporarily closed from January 1st, 2025.
In conjunction with this closure, we are pleased to introduce a new program "ZEN TOJI" in collaboration with The Moon SPA at Kinnotake Tonosawa, offering an enhanced experience for our valued guests.

INFORMATION

Operating Hours
- Operating Hours: 10:00 AM ～ 7:00 PM
- Times listed are for treatment only, not including counseling, tea time, or changing.
- Please refrain from entering and exiting the spa except for those who will receive treatment.
- Photography is not permitted in the spa.
- Please refrain from using cell phones, smart phones, and tablets in order to spend time away from the daily routine.
Reservations
- Our spa is by appointment only.
- Reservations and inquiries can only be made by phone.
- Last appointment available: 5:00 PM on the day you wish to have your treatment.
- For appointments after check-in, please notify the front desk or an employee.
Guest's physical condition
- Guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive treatments.
- Pregnant guests are not permitted to receive treatments.
- We do not provide treatment for guests with high fever or drunkenness.
- Please inform us in advance if you have a chronic disease such as high blood pressure, heart disease, allergic disease, diabetes, etc., or if you are currently visiting a hospital. Please note that there are cases in which you may not be able to receive the treatment depending on your physical condition or circumstances.
- Please be sure to inform us in advance if you require assistance. For safety management reasons, we may need to decline in some cases. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please refrain from eating for one hour before and after meals to ensure a pleasant treatment experience.
- We recommend that you warm your body in the hot spring for about 10 minutes before using our spa.
Valuables
- As there are no lockers for valuables in the spa, please leave your valuables in the in-room safe.
Infectious disease control
- Our spa is open for business with frequent ventilation, humidity control, and thorough alcohol disinfection of areas that guests come into contact with.
Cancellation Policy
- No-show cancellations: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made 2 hours before the reservation: 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
- If the customer is late for the scheduled time, the course may be shortened.
- If we are unable to contact the customer 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.
