At "Teppanyaki Zen," a premium teppanyaki restaurant offering Ishigaki Island Kitauchi Farm Premium Beef, we are presenting a special Christmas menu featuring luxurious ingredients.
In addition to our regular Premium Beef, this year we are introducing Kobe Beef fillet, allowing you to enjoy a delightful comparison of two types of wagyu beef. We are also offering the natural Hokkaido Ezo abalone, known for its firm texture and rich sweetness.
As a special order dish, we will be serving a Beef Stew made with Ishigaki Island Kitauchi Farm Premium Beef. Chef Tasaka’s secret recipe, which he has perfected over many years, is finally making its debut. The demi-glace sauce, which takes a week to prepare, is made by utilizing ingredients that are typically discarded, such as green onion tops, carrot and onion peels, mushroom stems, and tomato tops, resulting in a deep, complex flavor.
