Starting Thursday, July 9, 2026, we are thrilled to introduce our new summer-limited items and dinner menus.

Following the success of our Veggie Burger launched in April, we continue to expand our dietary-friendly options for both domestic and international travelers.

1. New Summer & Dinner Menu Highlights

-[Summer Only] Chimichurri Cold Pasta (Vegetarian): A 100% plant-based dish featuring a refreshing South American herb sauce with parsley, spices, and a tangy kick—perfectly crafted to cool down during the hot season.

-Japanese-Style Acqua Pazza: A savory dish pairing rich, concentrated seafood flavors with the mild, mellow acidity of Odawara's premium local "Juro Ume" plum.

-Colorful Canapés: Crispy crackers topped with rich, savory cheese and fresh tomatoes, making it the perfect appetizer to pair with drinks.

-Homemade Tiramisu: A decadent adult dessert featuring biscuits soaked in deep-roasted espresso and rich mascarpone—ideal as a "sweet finale" after dinner.

-Specialty Mocktails: Visually stunning and refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails designed for non-drinkers and drivers to fully enjoy the evening bar experience.

2. Exciting Future Venture: Craft Beer Brewery Project
To further elevate the dining and travel experience in Hakone, Cafe Dining LüDERA has announced an upcoming plan to open a Craft Beer Brewery right next to the cafe. The brewery will serve specially crafted beers in a welcoming space that embraces diverse values and lifestyles. Further details regarding the launch date and beer lineup will be announced sequentially.
